If your flight details change, please update us as soon as you can through the Contact Us page of our website. The subject line: “Reservation Number – flight details change Request.” For changes within 24 hours of your pick-up, please call the local emergency number listed in your confirmation email.

The flight will be monitored to make sure your driver arrives at the correct time. If your flight is delayed, your pick-up time will be adjusted automatically whenever possible. Please note that this adjustment depends on vehicle availability.

A medium suitcase typically measures around 65–70 cm (26–27 inches) in height. A small suitcase or hand bag is roughly 35 cm (14 inches) and can usually be carried on your lap.
